Navkramik exists to put a working discipline behind agentic AI, not just a narrative. Every engagement, a client deployment or one of our own products, moves through the same nine stages: perceive, act, sense, integrate, decide, optimize, network, master, synthesize. That sequence isn’t a slide. It’s the actual build order.
We hold ourselves to it because the founder built the company by living it first, nine different roles across nine years, from sales to data engineering to founding, before ever writing “nine stages” down as a framework. The discipline came from doing the work, not naming it after the fact.
In practice, that means we ship in sequence, not in leaps. We won’t call a stage done until the one before it actually holds. Every agent we build carries the same constraint layer described in our Vision, not as a philosophy slide, but as code that runs. And when we tell a client or a user what a system can do, we’ve already run it through all nine stages ourselves.
